All appointment are secured with a $25 deposit. Appointments cancelled within 24 or less hours of reserved appointment time will forfit the $25 deposit. Hair and Products do not required a deposit and are paid in full. There is not return on hair and product purchases

Appointments can be scheduled 24 hours a day. Appointment availibilty is determined by your selected RCR PRO and your RCR PRO available service times.

RCR Pro's are not allowed to do harsh chemical services, massage services, or medical procedures that require medical licenses.

You ar able to pay for services through your check out on the site. Tips can be given directly to service provider via Venmo, Cash app or Square merchant service apps.
